Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, orders are locked for processing or production and can no longer be changed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Made-to-order or customized products
- Items that do not fit due to incorrect size selection
- Orders refused or not received due to customer error
- Used or worn items
Please carefully review sizing charts and product descriptions before purchasing. Purchasing from Shawncraft means accepting these terms.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Item arrived damaged or broken
- Wrong size, color, or style sent
- Missing item from your order
For logistical reasons, orders may arrive in separate packages. Please allow all parcels to arrive before contacting support.
Shipping Issues
- Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refunds. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery confirmation.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
- If the carrier delivers to the wrong address despite correct details, we will reship your order.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued if the issue is considered major, such as receiving the wrong product or an item significantly different from its description.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card provider. Processing times may vary.
