Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before shipment.

Most in-stock items are processed within 2–7 business days. Larger orders or special designs may take slightly longer.

For pre-order items, your order will ship according to the date listed on the product page. If multiple pre-order items are included, the latest shipping date applies.

Taxes & Duties

All shipments are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).

This means customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery.

Please note that we are unable to mark packages as gifts or declare a value lower than the purchase price.
